ERT provides you the opportunity to:

Meet Berry Students:
ERT offers you the opportunity to network with Berry students in a setting far beyond the traditional career fair process. The evening features a time for you to meet and enjoy dinner with students while discussing pertinent issues facing your industry; affording you the opportunity to develop a relationship with that individual. Many of our students attend dinner for several semesters, allowing you to network with them on multiple occasions throughout their college career.
Network with the Regional Business Community:
Often the phrase “it’s not about what you know, but who you know” is used to describe success in business. ERT offers you the opportunity to meet and network with members of your particular industry and the broader business community from 6:30 to 7:00, before being seated for dinner.
Gain Perspective:
In addition to networking with students and other industry members, ERT provides you the opportunity to meet Berry’s distinguished faculty and hear their perspective on relevant issues. ERT always features an accomplished speaker followed by a short round table discussion.
